    Hey guys,
    I got this site in my mail
    I've been married for 42 years and I can vouch for these suggestions. Also, most of the time its not too late to get some help and save a marriage....within reason as I don't think anyone should stay in an abusive relationship.

      Going through life with one partner is beautiful. My parents did it. As well as my grand parents. I could'nt do it. Sometimes one partner will carry an uneven yoke. After 9 yrs. with the first one I could'nt. I've been with my 2nd lady for 20 yrs. Our yoke takes the load evenly. IAD.

        I like the part where it says " Now that he's gone, I wish I hadn't had so many headaches"

        I try very hard to think about what I would do if today were my last day with the person I love, and lately I think I had forgotten it a bit...this reminded me of that.

              That was a very interesting read, I must say. I am thinking we (me and hubby) need to start working on those. Our marriage is pretty much lacking all of those. Makes me wonder why we are together............ hmmmmmm

                I think long term commitment is one thing that is missing today.
                Marriage is hard work but so worth it in the long run!

                I know we have to each give 100% No 50/50 involved it seems!

                    I agree -- it takes three -- all three -- sometimes one of the two mortal ones is not there -- so it can't work....

                    If both can commit..God will surely be there ...

                    I have a 31 yr marriage which I guess some would say is successful...it has never been bad enough for either of us to leave

                    However, I try not to judge ...
