    gallbladder surgery questions

Anyone had the surgery? That may be in the near future for me and I'm really being stubborn about it. Even though My entire family both mother and father's sides have had it done plus all siblings....I'm the last remaining family member with a gallbladder >D

Am I just being a baby? I really don't want to have another surgery....I've had so many surgeries and I hate the thought of another.

I just got so much worse when I started the MWO program...please tell me it's gonna get better if I just have the surgery and it's not MWO!! :x

    gallbladder surgery questions

    Hi Hope,
I had an auto immune disease about 8 years ago and the results were that I got gallstones. A gall bladder attack is one of the worst pains I have ever experienced (worse that any labour!) so I had the surgery when they took my spleen! I have never looked back! Yes the surgery is no picnic but when you start to feel better you will see that it was the right decision. I assume you have to be careful what you eat? It doesn't matter why you have stones, be it genetic or your diet. It is giving you enormous pain and grief If you healthy enough to have the surgery its one less problem you have to deal with so you can focus on yourself & MWO. Take your time making this decision, it's your body. I wish you only the best

      Thanks Shas...

Right now and for the past couple of weeks it's been any food that has caused pain just under my ribs center but a little to the right side. Before it was spicy food and red meat. It's just continually getting worse. I think I've had enough.

I guess another fear I have is going to the specialist and being told it's not bad enough to do the surgery and that I just have to live this way. Then I will cry for sure. I was set up for the surgery once about 14 years ago and the surgeon decided to do an ultrasound the day before. When he did he saw that the stones were gone and decided not to do the surgeory. I wish I had insisted back then.

I'm up right now and so for so good...I'm making an appointment with a Gastroenterologist today. :|

        Good on you Hope
It can't be good for your body to be going through all this!
Just something I thought of but I am not a doctor! The doc has said you have galls tones for sure? After the surgery I was still getting the pain or so I thought but it was muscle spasm and if I ate carbs it went away! But I did have stones.........I have the little jar to prove it

You have probably done this but just to be sure ... have you checked out all the alternative therapies? Maybe it is too late for you but I also was a candidate for gall bladder removal about 10 years ago and with a drastic diet change and homeopathy I no longer have a problem with that even with my alcohol and smoking probs.

              Dear Hope,

No one ever wants to have a part of the body removed. Sometimes diet can make all the difference in the world. Rely on what the doctor says is your best route but you have your own body wisdom to consider. . . . as in you wished they had taken it ten years ago. I wish you luck on your decision.

I have had a bit of stomach upset with the MWO program but it has been more intestinal and not at all where your gall bladder is. After religiously taking the All in One for about a week now even that is starting to go away.

              Hugs,
              Mary

Well, if you are open to alternative therapies, go to curezone.com and search for liver flush. It could help.

                Good luck...
