    Mostly alcohol but there's plenty of people who have been addicted to other stuff, welcome

    Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

    An addiction is an addiction i say. As Pauly says mainly alcohol but giving up any addiction is based on the same approach. One day at a time and receiving support along the way.
