      This is exactly it for me too: the part I miss about it the most, and the part I don’t miss about it the most.

      It can be a great ice-breaker and social lubricant, especially initially.

      And @satz123 reminded me of another awful part about it in her post: getting all sweaty as your body tries to get rid of the poison.

      Overall, I am thrilled to be un-chained from it!

      It made me overcome a lifetime of shyness and insecurities,I was always in a shell and scared to talk to people which made my job very uncomfortable,now I can talk to anyone, anywhere with no insecurity,I suppose that's one good thing it gave me that lasted.

      I'm taking care of the "tomorrow me"
