301 days or 43 weeks. Not even a fleeting thought of alcohol. Take heart people-it doesn't rule your life forever.
Yes available, we'd be in a bit of a pickle now what with having to find storage room for a doomsday prepper's worth of alcohol as well as toilet paper...
I must admit I did look into BWS to see if people had panic bought. SO far, no. There musn't be enough alcoholics in town at the moment.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

5 years, 2 months, and 2 days of living life not wondering if I have enough beer on hand...

Quitting and staying quit isnít easy, itís learning a whole new way of thinking. Itís accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

But being reminded every day recently by my son what the consequences of that first drink are.

I am so glad to be free from alcohol during these crazy times.
