never get a better chance.....
to quit drinking.
bars shut, no house parties allowed, no sports events allowed, no take away pints from pubs allowed, not allowed to meet your mates, working from home.
Just cut off the tap (i.e. don't buy any drink from the supermarket) and you'll have no option but to starve yourself of the drink and stay sober.
That new gaba drink is coming out too which might or might not work.
The circumstance above will not be repeated after the vaccine arrives and things go back to normal.
It's a great chance for people like me who like to socialise and drink.
even if i only manage until the pubs reopen that will be a great break and have good health benefits meantime. Thing such as fatty liver may improve and general healing of the liver will happen.
xx

Yes and by the time that they do reopen you could find yourself strong enough to not drink. You may end up realizing that not drinking is better then drinking.
I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
