Healing Old Wounds

Prayer to Cleanse the Old Wounds :

I choose to clear my past and start a new cycle of light in my life. I undo the ties that bound me to people and situations that no longer have a purpose in my existence.

I forgive myself because I know that I acted yesterday with the conscience I had at that moment. I forgive the people who hurt me along the way because each of them acted within their limits and possibilities.

I appreciate the learning, maturation and evolution that my past experiences have brought me. I see every person I have met and every experience I have had as a teacher who has helped me to grow and evolve.
⠀
I choose to take the lesson, not the wound. I am proud of my entire trajectory and the person I have become. I declare that my past is healed and resignified. I am at peace with my memories and focused on today and the happiness I want to live.
And so it is.
