Grimmers -- have a look at the website I gave the link to -- it really helped me to formulate a plan and the short book that you download is packed with sound advice on what you CAN eat and what you CAN'T eat.

I am so ready to kick :b&d:Mr H's butt!! (after pud tonight):lol3:

Greenie gave me some great advice about fruit -- I'm hoping she'll contribute when she's back on-line again.

Some fruits are okay and others not Starts. I see Banana's are on the NO-NO list which is a pity because it's one of my fav's.

    So are you in???!!???

This sounds stupid, but I am REALLY afraid of not being able to have my gum....
Plus I need to find some way of taking my all one, at the moment I take it in cranberry juice light which has sweetners in.

Deebs, just had a quick look through the guidelines and see that this is completely do-able.

Luckily I am a big veggie fan but of late have been shying away from them. This is the perfect excuse to get back up there with my veg intake.

Starts, you can have Quinoa -- Greenie gave me a great recipe for a breakfast Quinoa.

Now, big breathes!! And listen up.
Think of sugar like you have all your other addictions -- it makes you miserable, gives you mood swings, is not healthy for you and does NOT benefit you in any shape or form!!

I think for me the biggest thing is changing my mindset -- I will reward myself with a.... ummmm.... lettuce leaf now instead of a cup of coffee. Just kidding, but you get my drift.

Like Grims said, this is so do-able!! Especially if we stick together and fumble our way through it together.

Starts...I am willing to do this as over the past 1.5 years I have lost a LOT of weight (Admittedly through stress but mainly from not eating properly whilst drinking like a dumb-ass fish......)

The last thing I want to do is to pick up weight as I am feeling really great right now.....
