I tried guided hypnosis narrated by Michael Sealey once at bedtime, and when my son woke up in the middle of the night I listened to it again to go back to sleep. Very relaxing...except for the Heineken ad before the 2nd round! LOLI'll take it though, because I'm so glad that these scripts are now available for free on YouTube, a couple years ago they were nowhere to be found!

I love sleep hypnosis recordings. I listen every night to Jody Whitley. Her repetition and soothing voice are so calming to me and then I have good dreams too!
