NAD+ / NADH experiences

Please forgive me if this should be in the Medications forum, but I am wondering whether anyone has had positive results quitting with NAD+ or NADH.

I have not been able to find conclusive evidence that NAD+ or NADH can help with quitting cigarettes, but some studies suggest that they may have beneficial effects on reducing oxidative stress and inflammation caused by smoking. However, more research is needed to confirm their safety and effectiveness.
