I'm thinking more and more along the lines of....life is damn short, so get out there g man while u have your health and make music, travel, be my best self. there is so much i want to do, and so much to offer humanity. This is my attitude now anyway.
Great, as long as you are not getting craving, you have a great chance of success. I totally relate to the renewed sense of purpose and desire to accomplish more. I feel that way also. I guess that's why i am working so hard (2 jobs...60-70 Hrs) a week to make up for the lost time, subconsciously i guess

No it's taken a time to figure out what works. Thats thousands and thousands of dollars. Campral, Naltrexone, and Mirtazapine seem to work... Omeprazole a PPI helps at times because it's better than an antacid. Read my personal journal and will see what i have tried.

But we are all different. I just tried everything known to humankind to stop everything from alcohol to regurgitation to nasal and lung issues. Desperation leads to some interesting discoveries. More to be covered later.
@lizker the trays indicate what i use. Most is campral. First is naltrexone. I have studied how these work togther. Vitamins and how they interact with my eating patterns.

Good stuff Liz. Just don't allow yourself to get too overwhelmed with those long hours. But if you're loving it, then why not.

Hope you're having a good week Empy.

Just out of curiosity, are you able to exercise? Physical activity especially cardio can do wonders to the body.

@lizker. I own a very expensive 29er mountain bicycle I used daily last year but haven't used it much this year because who the heck knows when its going to rain here. So yes that's my exercise. That and walking my dog which I practice on patterns so I know where to look for either one of them most of the time but the one won't leave me more than 100 feet. Oh and moving stuff around because I'm getting divorced and cannot figure out where anything is so I climb stairs constantly and lift heavy objects.

With this disease regular exercise is almost mandatory. There's a strong connection between depression and addiction. Exercise naturally regulates our neurotransmitters (serotonin, GABA, Glutamate, dopamine, Acetylcholine) Along with proper diet, supplements (mainly B Vitamins). Its sort of like a gig saw puzzle. Every piece has to fall into place for recovery to work. Taking medication or supplements without proper nutrition or exercise may not work and vice versa. Exercise without proper nutrition and addressing deficiencies won't work either. Not forgetting addressing the Spiritual side. Mind, Body and soul. I find early morning cardio extremely helpful. I wake up at 5:30 daily and start with prayer, about 30 minutes of cardio, usually outside jogging for 2 miles, jumping jacks, aerobic dancing and sit-ups. This usually gives me energy to work 12-16 hrs a day, takes care of depression and other issues. I was never a morning exerciser but his routine along with Campral has really changed my life. I also forgot to mention another very important amino acid. Tyrosine...this increases dopamine levels to combat depression. Taking tyrosine and trytophan together increases dopamine and serotonin levels naturally.

      Re: 90 days. ..Campral miracle

Just picked up another 250$ in naltrexone (thats what it is a month) 22$ lol in mirtazapine which has some evidence for AF or nearly AF and effectiveness and 360$ in campral which is what this thread is about. This is insane but i'm gonna try different combo's of vitamins and these drugs. At this point i have about 600 campral 333 pills, thats 100 days of how you are recommended to use it. So 12 boxes of 86 and a couple modded to 108. I have a lot of it. Just so you know 30 pills of naltrexone is 250$. Campral is a little less expensive at 2 months for 360$ so $180/mo used as recommended. I have well over a thousand dollars in naltrexone now using something similar to the sinclair method. At 8.33$ each Yeah its about a thousand dollars. Which ones work best you can see on my personal page, but mirt, campral, naltrexone seems to be the fix though it costs a lot.

If you are curious I open cans of Canada Dry (gingerale) soda and will drink them at different stages. I drink Chai Tea to take the edge off the mirtazapine. upset stomach I use a PPI called omprazole.

I pray you have never hit that point but if you have there are people that can help you. Some of us here have and have recovered. Slips, falls; shit happens. Just keep coming back.

Hope all is well with you. I think you already have enough prescription and may not need to purchase anymore. To be honest, with focus, Campral is all you need. Not claiming to know it all and i am not a Dr but from personal experience, Campral works
just fine on its own. I would save my money and focus on making use of what you already have. Have a blessed day

I will fill as long as the benefits work so I have my safety net. Its entirely free and a pathway. I focus on using specific ones and vitamins. Campral is awesome but i really cannot figure it out. I'm definately not against it but I don't think its a cure all.
