looking like a hot day ahead. thinking of a motorcycle putt putt around, maybe up to the Skyline Drive. I need to pick up my "old man" park pass. They cost $10.00 for senior citizens for lifetime pass to national parks, after October they go up to $180.00, course that is if there are any national parks left.

Heya ABerooos,

back in one piece again, wow that was way too intense. I won't do that again unless my doc can adjust my dosage. I literally had no idea if my eyes
were open or shut, where I was, who I was, what year/century it was. very difficult to describe. Thankfully I feel ok and will monitor myself over the next
few days as my subconscious falls back into place.

Sam, a motorbike cruise sounds grand.

SF, I'm the same way... when drinking I just don't stand up for myself. Has to do with the nasty guilt complex and feeling unworthy. Screw that. We all deserve to be healthy and happy.

Lav, Canadian geese are indeed crapping machines too! we have loads of them here.

well, just back from the lake and no pelicans yet...the hunt continues.

no, I didn't get any. But i got a smaller icecream that seemed less creepy
now I must repent and exercise tomorrow for sure.

Anyone out to see fireworks tomorrow? if I'm feeling energetic i might drive to a location to do
firework pictures.

anyhow, holiday weekend etc and zero thought of AL which is very good. Waiting to hear if my therapy group
is meeting tomorrow.

Glad you are feeling more like yourself today. Please don't rush into any more treatments like that.....sounds super scary to me. I hope your group can BBQ a burger or something, that would be nice.

SF, I really, really had no choice but to lower my expectations where the other one is concerned. I was like you, damn tired of being disappointed over & over. Fairness, understanding & empathy were never part of his persona apparently. You know what you want & you're a smart girl. I made my choice to stay put not knowing if anything would get better or even improve & I paid dearly for that choice. I don't think I would make that same choice if I had to do it all over again. I just know that keeping my focus on what makes ME happy & healthy has been a huge help in keeping me stable. We're here to listen

Just waiting for the thunder booms to start. We're supposed to be in the mid 80's all week. Spent the weekend watering the garden and putzing around. Back to the grind tomorrow.

PQ,sounds like an interesting project,hope your day is a nice one,Det,I seen that ice cream on myfitnesspal,there's a thread where peeps share pics of new products they've found,surprisingly mostly junk food which is weird for a weight site anyways I gagged at Twinkie ice cream I did buy some Halo top which is protein ice cream but the sweetener in it makes my stomach unhappy so I'll pass on it too,glad you're feeling better, I did read they hafta give multiple doses of that stuff so be careful if you try it again, I made hubs take the day off,he just used his stomach probs as his excuse haha,wishing us all a happy AF 4th!

no, not returning our sovereignty to the UK but I really would like to visit. I'd like to travel
everywhere given the time/money of course. I'll get there.

Lav, no rushing into treatments that's for sure. Really need my dosage adjusted before I get launched
into the twilight zone again. Glad to be feeling clear and good. Just taking it slow/easy and doing some
putzing aboot the house, watching photography tutorials, some sci fi, and not eating anything defiled
with twinkies

Pauly, was that ice cream sweetened with malitol? that messes with a lot of folks.
