Pauly...Kell moving in with you is a big decision, hope you both think everything through first. I'm not one to talk with my boys living with me but they don't have any kids. I agree that she is wishy washy and could see her going back. If nothing else I think you need to establish some ground rules before anything happens. Good luck.

Dry & somewhat sunny here today but tomorrow brings a bit of snow I hear. Maybe I can make some snow chickens, haha!!
I am going to start a new project tonight - sewing joey pouches for the displaced & injured animals in Australia. I found a FB group last night of American Crafters, they listed everything they need & all the different sizes. These will be easy to put together & I’ll feel better for helping out a little

PQ, that sounds like some seriously cold weather coming your way. Bundle up baby

Pauly, if I was faced with that situation I would take my daughter & her kids in & I’ll explain why.
My daughter returned home a couple of different times before she got married. She ended up with some of the shittiest roommates you could imagine. They really broke her spirit, I couldn’t stand that.
She was grateful & respectful with us so having her home was not a problem. It was just her, no kids but it was something I just had to do. It all worked out & I never had any regrets. Your grandsons would benefit from having a quieter, stable home too. Work out a childcare schedule with your daughter, cooking & laundry responsibilities as well. It can work as long as you are willing to lay out some ground ruls beforehand

I am another one who cannot handle delicate things anymore - stiff hands, ouch. I hope your engine gets fixed for you.

Mae everybody, PQ, I don't mind the kids living with me I already have Brady and Michelle here which is fine they go to work, come home and do their own thing, with Kell it's just a bit different cuz she does have the little ones so I'm just a bit unsure of how to figure this all out and like we said she's wishy-washy and I'd hate to see her break her lease then regret that too, Mick glad you're feeling human again, think you gave it to me though haha, my face hurts from sneezing so much! Yep, it’s been snowing for a while, just sticking to the grass so far. Driveway & road out front just look wet.
Spent the afternoon finally putting the first pouch together - cute & fun. I’ll be doing a whole bunch of these, for sure!
Tried to upload photos but it’s not working tonight. I’ll put them on FB.

Mick, feel better soon. Congrats to your nephew on his new position. I guess that’s a fairly large city department? I hope he does well!

Pauly, do you have room to build an addition? Just kidding but it would be ideal for your growing family.

Super tired, somthis will be a short one - just walked in from two 10 hour + days, may hundreds of miles driven. God bless my dog who is such a sweet constant companion, even in the car.

Det - woo Hoo on 1year!! Congrats, and fabulous! I will look for your IG account. So sorry to hear about your dad's diagnosis - I know you will find ways to help him, even from afar.

Mick, how are you feeling? I remember when I was in the U.K. In September there were lots of sign up for Sober October. And ther is lots going on here too - I just read about an app that helps "normal" drinkers observe their patterns. I think there is a lot of realization that AL is a wretched liquid mistake. Condolences on losing your friend... it hurts to lose someone that gave so much and was so generous.

PPQ, hope things don't get so cold! Yikes thats a big jump in temps.

Pauly, I liked Lav's observation - especially about a more even keeled space for the kids... ground rules would be crucial though!! Good luck.

Pauly...I've been sneezing like crazy too but I don't think it's a cold. I think there's something floating around the community centre and when we have the furnaces running it distributes it all over the place. We need to pull up any and all carpeting in the building!

Mick...sorry the bodging diyer...isn't on youtube. He shows clips of them before his show starts. It's called Leave it to Bryan. He has other shows too. OK watched the video and concentrated....thank you very much. LOL

Lav...started snowing here around noon, nothing much and it ended around 4. Waiting for it to start up again and go through the night. Will be brushing off the car in freezing temps tomorrow morning. They keep changing the forecast and now Sunday's high is -13F. You can bet I'll be hibernating this weekend. I've seen a couple of news stories about the pouches, what a great idea and something almost anyone can do. I'm going through a flare up right now with psoriasis outbreaks on my hands. Keeping a close eye on my feet as I'm not going through another infection thank you very much. Not due for my injection till next week, thinking I might take it early.

TG...time for you to take a break me thinks. Not looking forward to the cold temps and hoping this cold snap doesn't last too long.
