All quiet on this Homefront. Still continuing with my MH workshops, last one is on Thursday. They've really been helpful with working on balance in my life.

Lav...Our weather has sure taken a turn. High today was 60 and we're now dropping down to 40 at night. They're actually forecasting frost warnings just north of us now. Hope you hear back from your NP soon.

Mick...yup this world is so upside down right now. We are in the midst of a Federal election, just what everyone needed at this time. Covid cases on the rise has everyone nervous about school starting next week. How did it go with the bone crusher? Back feeling any better?

TG...glad you were able to get an air filter, I've lived through that smoke smell in the house too. It's good to hear you're catching up on your sleep. The corporate taxes should be a piece of cake after all you've been through for the festival.

I'll try to get back on soon and get caught up, but with a wedding shoot this Sat and 3 more shoots before that, I'm bouncing like a pinball. Relieved to be busy at least

Sleep was non existent last night, glad I'm still on holidays. Last workshop tomorrow and then I guess I need to gear up to get back into work mode.

PQ, my NP went ahead & increased my new BP med again: started with 1 tablet daily then went to 1 1/2. Now I’m taking 2 tabs daily in divided doses to get the evening numbers down - I hope!!
I am profoundly jealous of your weather forecast, haha!! I can’t wait, that’s my kind of weather. Enjoy your Thursday workshop, sounds like they’ve been doing you some good!

Mick, hope the dental visit went well. I go next week to get a permanent filing in the tooth the Endodontist did two treatments on when I had the infection.

The fire news here is pretty worrisome... Sure hoping that the cooler help in the fire-fighting. I have most of my go-kit ready; I have elderly neighbors next door, and I am helping them get ready to evacuate in case the order comes... unfortunately I think that it is actually possible that we might have to go. The worst part is that there are so few roads... they would be jammed... ah well, hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

hiya all ..hope we are good ..dentist visit was ok ...I am never going to say I enjoyed it!!its a hole in my wisdom ..yes thats right WISDOM ..an obviously mis named tooth or me .It is in the side o the tooth so it was a bit iffy .anyway its done now .Just taken the rabbits down to their hotel....we are away tomorrow ..last time in this van .Back is still notright but it isnt as bad ..

Still sweltering here & I am so glad I am not attempting to do that craft fair tomorrow. No point in killing myself for a few sales, right?

Cyn, wow it would be scary to get an evacuation order but being packed & ready to go on a moment’s interest is the best thing. So nice of you to look out for your neighbors.
Glad to hear you’re having cooler temps. That will at least give the firefighters a little break. I can’t imagine how they handle all the heat in all their gear. I am hoping my BP settles down with this latest change. I’d rather not be in dire straits when i see the cardiologist next month & have him go crazy on me with testing, etc. This is a feature of most of my family members although I have tried a lot harder to live healthier than any of them, Lol

Mick, we could all share the same meds I think, haha! It would save a lot if we could buy them by the bucketful.
I hope your trip is wonderful & you remember to take it easy with your back. Wear a hat too especially if you have sun like we do.

Lav...I am really enjoying this cooler weather. Yesterday's workshop was a bit longer than the rest being the last one. They sure helped, I'm glad I took them. Bet you're glad you're not setting up for a craft sale today. The weather should be a lot nicer for your October one, if it's not snowing. LOL I'm hoping your BP levels out before your cardio appointment. I hear you about going crazy on testing.

TG...I didn't realize how bad the fires were in Tahoe till I saw a news report. Yikes! I hope you and your neighbours are safe. I would hate to be living under the be prepared to leave at a moments notice, but there you go again putting a positive spin on it.

Mick...off again on another jaunt, have fun. Hope your back is feeling better and you're able to do everything you want to. It'll be so much fun breaking in the new motorhome on the next trip.

Pauly...good to hear from you. Sorry you're getting smoke again, it really is a pain.

Last day of my holiday today and I'm actually looking forward to getting back to work on a regular routine. Just hope this 4th wave we're going through doesn't shut everything down again.
