Good evening friends,

Hot of course & now all clouded over as storms are in the area. Supposedly a cold front is on the way & breaking up the heatwave. I am over this heat, yuck.
I’ll be interested to see how many people actually did go & set up for the craft fair today despite this weather situation. I’m happy sitting in my cooled house, believe me.

Pauly, of course my BP is as stubborn as me, haha! I seem to get things close to ‘normal’ then wham, out of nowhere it spikes again. I have no kidney or liver disease so I don’t know what’s causing the spikes. Trying real hard to meditate it down & swallow 5 pills a day. Maybe the crazy world events are bothering me too. Take it easy!

We have to do what we have to do to improve our lives, we have learned this, right? Wishing & hoping just don’t cut it, haha! I physically feel so much better at cooler temps, sleep better too. I’m ready any time the fall weather wants to get here. I hope your weekend is good.

Lav...yes, you are right about doing what you have to do to improve your life. My self improvement today is to binge watch Matlock. LOL Slowly wrapping my head around going back to work on Monday but will definitely be going back with a new outlook thanks to the workshops. We've got a nice weekend and then we're into cooler temps all next week. I'll send it your way.

Mick...glad you are there and can you remind me of where there is please? If you have any problems getting along with your neighbours I'm sure Lav can help. LOL Have a great time.

Dark, damp & still humid here but not nearly as hot. So that’s a start I guess
The only thing I managed to do today was make a big pot of vegan mushroom gravy to go with a roasted turkey breast I pulled out of the freezer. Haha!!!

PQ, glad you are squaring things away & improving your outlook! When you get back in the office be sure to use your new skills, maybe those around you will be motivated to make some changes too.
I will accept your cooler weather with open arms, trust me , LOL

Mick, just remember one thing, chickens never attack but will defend themselves. Keep a pocket full of treats with you at all times & they will become your new best friends, haha!
