May I add, running water ~ soft music, binaural beats. A fan on night stand may help with white noise. Helps to calm and may help with sleep. Essential oils like lavender may help. Bach Flower-Rescue Remedy. Avoid caffeine and sugar. Even singing can change hormones and reduce anxiety. A short walk. Stretching vagus nerve helps with anxiety.
