    I'm joining the Mods

    Hi everyone.....you Modders!!!

    Can I join you ? Ive been moderating my alcohol intake now for a while and I think I'm doing pretty damn well!! Its not the easiest of things to do..I love my wine and beer BUT I am finding that I CAN stop when its time to stop. Things have been a bit up and down with my relationship...not enough talking ...real talking... but I know we will get there.

    So...my friends...I've been away a while but I hope someone remembers me....

    Hi Bella,
    It's pretty quiet down here on the mods threads, seems most on the general discussion are abstaining. I myself don't really have a "label". I quit smoking, and in order to do that I needed to quit drinking (beer). Now, I seldom have the desire for either, it's pretty cool!!! However, when I do go out, I tend to drink too much, I think it's because I'm nervous about it and the trying not to mooch a ciggie.
    Anyway, you can "talk" here anytime!!

        I started with the starter pack last week and I do think I feel a bit more calm. Unless it is in my head...

          Ducky, I love the supps ......... I had the starter pack too ..... its not just you, I really feel better when taking them .......

          My only problem with them is that when I pee it smells like the supps ........
