    My W/E alcohol Free

    Just a note to say thanks to all who supported me this W/E to notch up my 1st al free w/e in years.Its 3.00 pm in OZ and I am feeling fine.Had a couple of bad cravings but really I found it easier than I thought it would be! I have just had to have an Hourly plan in place and Read lots of MWO posts.My plan for this week is to take it ODATand think about next w/e being af.Again thank U all so much.....I really dont think I could have done it without your support and words of wisdom. Good Luck everyone for next week!:l

    Well done Boozer one!! The first weekend is by miles the hardest in my opinion. You've broken the mould, next weekend you can just plan on doing the same as this one!! Before you know it the weekend won't seem any different to any other time except you don't go to work! The only time I'm conscious now that it is weekend is when I come on here. Of course its harder for the 'youngs' cos they are going out on the razzle an stuff - still applies, you've set the precedent:goodjob:

      Thanks Mollie. Had some time in Ireland a few yrs back. What a beautiful part of the world and the people are just sensational! The landscape is not dissimilar to where I live.:thanks:
