What a kind offer!!
I ended up making a quart of yogurt in my oven. :-)
It worked a trick. I heated milk up to 185 degree F, let it cool down to 110 degrees, stirred in about 1/4 cup of yogurt, put it in the oven which has a "proofing" option and let it sit for 9 hours.
I poured off the whey and voila, yogurt!
Hubby loves yogurt poured over fruit. He had the whole thing consumed within two days.
The cost is a lot less than the cartons of yogurt in the store.
Thank you for the offer, though. There are similar sites in the US and I may start poking around and seeing what is available.
