    Spinach Ricotta Pie

    Saute onion, add spinach (you can use fresh or frozen
    spinach BTW), basil, pepper and salt. Then mix
    cheese, flour, nutmeg and buttermilk together in a
    bowl. Divide into two and spread into unbaked pie
    shells. Spread the sour cream on top and sprinkle
    with paprika. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
