I used it before Baclofen. Ended up giving it away to someone on the board. Chillpeper, I think. It did curb my cravings enough so that if I applied a lot of willpower, I was able to not drink. It didn't help much at all once I had the first drink. So it was unlike Bac which helps with the cravings even if you add alcohol to the mix. I think if what you want to do is stay completely AF, this is a way to get there if you are willing to really buckle down. Good luck!
