    Congratulations to available 6 years today no alcohol well done despite all the drama hassle and upset that she has had this answer to Australias insanity problem has persevered not only has she quit drinking completely but also has binned smoking
    On a personal note I would like to thank her for all the laughs we have had well done keep it up

          Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
          Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
          Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

              Whoooooo Hooooooo. Ava you rock! I remember when you were a newbie like me. I think you started this site one day after me. Look at you now. I want to be AVA when I grow up.

                Congratulations Ava!!! I was very happy to see your daughter give you a shout out on FB for a young girl to post that on her social media just shows how super incredibly proud she is of you!!! I love you for all of your sound advice all done in a soothing,common sense, compassionate way(do miss your potty mouth tho) have a wonderful sober day and do something extra special for yourself!!!

                  Congratulations, Ava! Thank you for gracing us with your humor and common sense for all these years. After reading what you write, I am always left feeling empowered; like, if Ava can do this, then maybe I can too! Thanks for that.

                            Ava! Congratulations on 6 years of freedom! I'm so proud of you and so thankful that you still hang out here so much of the time.. as the others have said, you have a way of sharing your life that encourages all us of us to keep on going, never give up.. brutal honesty combined with deep empathy and love.
