Thanks my friends. This is unexpected and has made my day. Thanks to you beautiful JC for thinking of me and for the thread. :heartbeat:

I see more and more, clearer and clearererer that anything is possible in your life. There really are no limits. The only limits come from within, if i believe/listen to them. I have found via trial and error, that i need some kind of daily anchor. Some sort of self care plan i can handle. So i turn up for me every morning with some simple meditation, gratitude thought, 1 x set of yoga (speed yoga . Minimum time = a few minutes. can i handle that in the name of potential sanity, inner peace, regular contentment? Si Senor! Maybe it's helping, who knows.
