    I'd like to see a big SUPER SHOUTY OUTY SUNDAY from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again or those just starting out for the very first time.........don't forget to shout LOUD AND PROUD..

    Don't be scared of making the leap...........Don't be shy and give it a try...........remember each and everyone one of us here started with a day one!!!!

              Another sober week from. Am reeeeally over this lockdown thing now. Have managed to contain my boredom so far, but perversely being given a little freedom seems to make me think more about what I’m missing. Thankfully, that’s not alcohol

                    Just had a peak over here to see how everyone is doing - and I see lots are heading towards 'roundy' numbers -- Cowboy Slo Jacks --- so thought I'd see if I'd hit 3000 yet --- and I have!!!
