Anyone having issues ordering from River Pharmacy? One order was delayed and destroyed by customs and the re-order seems to be stuck. Their customer service line is always busy. Used to be a reliable source but now I wonder.

I haven't ordered from them in years, but I always found them responsive and reliable. Have you tried other ways to contact them, i.e. the online form? -

I finally was able to speak with them and they reordered. The second order seems to have suffered the same fate as the first one. Its been in customs for 3 weeks now. There seems to be an issue with them getting meds from India.
