    I'd like to see a big SUPER SOBER SHOUTY OUTY from members who have been here a while, those starting out again or those just starting out for the very first time.........don't forget to shout LOUD AND PROUD!

    For me (Sunday) it is 2791 days from the start date to the end date, or 7 years, 7 months, and 22 days including the end date.
    Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
    Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
    Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

        i.e. 9 years, 2 months, 12 days including today.

        I like to come on here to boast about my AF time
        My family & friends do not 'get' what a big deal it is. You all on MWO do.
        Unless you've been through it it's difficult to understand how hard it can be in the beginning to get AF and then the inner strength it takes to stay that way.

        So let's all take a bow         :worthy:- whether it's one day or 1000 days.

          It is 4807 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date.

          Or 13 years, 1 month, 28 days excluding the end date. :happy2:

                71!!! Been MIA for a bit. Feeling committed but also feel the pull of AL at times. Trying to find all my triggers and know that two are being tired or having pain at work. Sticking to my plan!!!
