    jalapeno, smoked cheddar meat loaf

    Mix all the stuff, gotta do it with your hands or it will not mix well enough.
    Bake in large loaf pan at 325 deg. for 1 hour and maybe 15 minutes.

    Can seperate into two pans.
    I always make two batches and freeze one to bake later.

    Omigosh!! This sounds delicious. I am going to make this for my next family gathering. I'll make hot dogs for the kids.

    I think the meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, crusty hot rolls and roasted veges will make a wonderful dinner.

    It?s similar, no sauce though. Kind of like moms meat loaf but with a kick.
