      In a punch bowl, mix together fruit punch, pineapple juice
      and ginger ale. Add scoops of sherbet into the punch. Wait
      for the sherbet to begin melting, approximately 10 minutes,
      stir gently, and serve.

      I found this to be pretty sweet so I added half a litre of soda water to each batch. Also through is some frozen berries.It was a big hit!

      Non-Alcoholic Sangria
      Serves 8

      2 cups boiling water
      2 black tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose-leaf tea in an infuser)
      2 cinnamon sticks
      1/2 cup sugar
      3 cups pomegranate juice
      1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
      1 orange, sliced into thin rounds
      1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
      1 lime, sliced into thin rounds
      1 apple, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
      3 cups carbonated water

      Pour boiling water over tea bags and cinnamon sticks and steep for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags and stir in sugar to dissolve.

      In a large jar or pitcher, combine tea, cinnamon sticks, pomegranate juice, orange juice, orange, lemon, lime, and apple. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and preferably overnight.

      Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Serve in glasses over ice.

      Luscious Slush Punch

      "A fruity concoction is frozen into a slush and then placed in a punch bowl with carbonated beverage. Makes enough for 2 punch bowls."
      INGREDIENTS:
      2 1/2 cups white sugar
      6 cups water
      2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry
      flavored Jell-O? mix
      1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
      2/3 cup lemon juice
      1 quart orange juice
      2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored
      carbonated beverage
      DIRECTIONS:
      1. Bring the sugar, water, and strawberry flavored gelatin to a boil in a large saucepan; boil for 3 minutes. Stir in the pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide mixture into 2 separate containers and freeze.
      2. Combine the contents of 1 container with 1 bottle of the lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage in a punch bowl; stir until slushy. Repeat with remaining portions as needed.

      Sangria Mocktail

      A non-alcoholic fruity beverage.
      Category: beverage
      Serves: 6
      Ingredients
      4 cups black cherry grape juice
      1 plum
      1 peach
      2 clementines
      6-8 strawberries
      2 cups ginger ale
      Instructions
      Quarter plum and peach, and remove pits. Place fruit in a large pitcher.
      Remove peel from clementines, halve, and place in pitcher.
      Remove greens from berries, halve, and place in pitcher.
      Cover with grape juice. Stir well, and let sit in fridge for 1-2 hours (or more).
      Mix with ginger ale just before serving.
