    Hi Kradle,

    It is a bit spicy. The guacamole and lime juice really temper the heat. Good suggestion on the chiles - I'll try that too next time.

    I am going to try this one! It looks amazing. I like the fact I can put it in the crock pot and go to work. After work, break out the guacamoli, tortillas and some salsa kind of stuff...YUM!

    It was really good, very spicy but good. In my haste I forgot to add the chicken stock but it still turned out good.
    We had it on tostidas with onions, tomato and cheese- I didn't have avocado. It was yummy. My hubby and son really liked it. The leftovers will be Delish I am sure.

    I had a pork tenderloin in the fridge that I wanted to do something different with. I made it with your recipe for beef. I didn't have apple cider so I used lime juice. I also added a chopped onion. It was so good! Better the next day. Next time I will make it with beef. Thanks!
