    was it the kudzu?

    I meant good sugar. Like fruit sugar, not sugar sugar. In my smoothie I use 1/2 a banana and a handfull of frozen mixed berries. I use rice milk and some brain powder. It is quite tasty. I don't know what the deal is with the workout though. I threw up again Tuesday. On the way home. I don't want to ask him about it, it's embarassing. Maybe I'll just say I feel sicky afterwards. He works me really hard. Maybe I'm just a wiener.
