        OK, so, I am still a cookbook collector.....but, these days when I am looking for something new and fabulous, I go to the net....either foodtv.com or epicurious.com.....they are hard to beat!

              Take 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, 1/4 # of feta cheese, a clove of garlic and 1 tsp oregano. Combine in food processor. Serve with toasted pita chips, brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with ground cumin. This is an old Martha Stewart recipe that is easy, quick, cheap and everyone loves.                   OH! Katie, I almost forgot.....check out the Hot Olive recipe that I posted here......It is always a huge Hit!! It would go great with Lushy's baquette!!

                    All three of those sound yummy.
                    The pear one intrigues me, I agree that the hot olives would be a nice compliment.
