    Day 3: killer headache -normal?

hi guys. I don't really think i suffer from physical withdrawal .. or could i be? I an evening drinker ... now on day 3 ... felt OK Monday and Tues but today i have a screaming headache (which I never get) that won't go away and feel weird and a little shaky. anyone know if this is any cause for concern ? thanks!
:boxer: Get the hell out of my house, Al, you worthless bastard!!

Dex, I think you are ok. Try eating a small snack, a cookie, fruit or nuts. Your body could be adjusting from using alcohol for muscle fuel. This transition will give you low blood sugar, headaches, muscle fatigue. This can go on for up to 7 days from the time you stopped drinking. Stick to a diet of steady carbs, not a lot of protien, and this should pass before long.

Keep it up Dexter!! I don't think you should worry, but it certainly is withdrawal; your body is trying to adjust, which I consider a good sign. Treat yourself with kindness! I am so very proud of you!
