I'd love to para-sail but a good friend's daughter was almost killed on one in Cabo last summer, so she talked me out of doing it. All depends on the company, I'd imagine.

Yes, back on the straight and narrow, was drinking low al beer 1% but then thought hey I'm a big girl lets just have some full strength stuff. WHOOPS!

So have given myself a big slap on the hand. It's easier this time though as I know what to expect and I know that I don't want to be where I was in August.
