Feeling the ache in my liver subsiding after 5-7 days AF is a good way for me to tell I'm healing - and that makes me want to continue.Every day is a day to start over and remember that I am powerless over my addiction.
I will no longer give the BEAST any power over me - he can go straight to hell.

Day 3 for me, once I felt that "natural" sleep last night, it felt really good. Then I realized its okay to feel good, now I just have to keep it up!!
