    WEEKLY WEIGH IN

    Hi All,

    i've decided to start a weekly weigh in thread for those of us who want to lose weight ......

    The idea is that we check in once a week, (preferably monday) with our goals for the week ahead, and then every week, declare any weigh change with hints and tips on how we have done it ....

    Anyone interested please come on board...

    Paula, I'm in, but my weigh in day is Tuesday, when I actually did my first weigh in. It will jinx me if I get on the scale a day early, so I'll be the day behind gal. Do you want do weights or pounds lost. I'm okay with either.

      I don't mind what we use regarding weights or losses thats up to the individual .....

                              Morning All .....

                              OK i'll go first, stepped on the scales this morning, weighed 11stone 13lbs ..... Aargh ....

                              My goals for this week to help my weight loss are: AF monday to friday, lots of healthy food, no takeways, drinking more water, and hopefully lose 2-3 lbs ...
