            So sorry to hear this Pauly, not much more I can add to what the others have said, you know what's right for you, and so does Christina... My thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family...
            Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
            Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
            Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

                  I’m so sorry that you’re little sister has died, Pauly. Now you’ll be riding that painful grieving roller coaster again for a long while. People with Down Syndrome do seem to die earlier than a full life span; I suppose due to the things that often go along with it, like cardiac anomalies or diabetes. You are doing the right thing by protecting yourself, by not going there and immersing yourself in it too soon, IMO. Take care, my friend.
