Greetings friends,

Looks like we actually lucked out a bit although we did get rain, wind, dropping temps, a tornado warning followed by a touch of sunshine & snow flurries. Crazy huh? Haha!!

PQ, I think I would have been happier getting a foot of snow today instead of all the nonsense we got. It just doesn’t feel quite right here this winter.
I hope you have a fabulous weekend with nothing important going on
Now that the storms have passed I guess I can turn my machines on & do some stitching.

Today’s storms moved right along the I-95 line & we are just far enough away to miss the worst part. There was big damage in Elkton, MD to the SW & in my old county to the NE. My daughter texted. Me from work & said there were metal pieces flying off the roof & smacking the windows of the hospital where she works, oh boy!

If you like I will bottle up some ‘wet chicken’ smell & send it to you, LOL

Mick, I hope your visit with Amy goes well.
My dog tolerates the old cat here but if we brought 2 kittens in I’m sure she’d go insane haha!!

Did I mention I saw SK on FB yesterday? Not sure how she’s doing though.

Mick...what a nice change for your weather, hope it lasts. You'll have to get a pic of the bundles of mischief for us. I couldn't see you having more than 2 bunnies. I remember the bonding process and think you're right about a 3rd peskie. Besides, you'd run out of room for the extra hutches and opstacle courses in your yard. Yes, Nancy ripping up the speech was the feast to resistance! Alas we only have cards on Wednesday's now. Hopefully will get a chance next week.

Lav...glad you were able to duck the worst part of the storm. Yes this winter weather makes me worry about spring weather. Last year we went from winter to summer, makes planting the garden tricky. LOL

Det...did the last client actually come through for you? How's the "upwork" going? Hope you have a drama free weekend.

It's pork tenderloin for supper tonight. Bread it, brown it and bake it in the oven covered in loads of mushrooms. My nephew made it for dinner on Monday and I just couldn't get enough. Have a restful evening all and hopefully will see you tomorrow.....:smile:PPQP

Mae everybody, PQ, that sounds good! I love mushrooms but nobody else here does, I found a chicken recipe that has TONS of them with a cream sauce and sun dried tomatoes I wanna try, Lav, I'll pass on the wet chicken in a bottle smell haha, just a quickie this morning, if the sites still up after work I'll post again, much love to all and wishes for a great BF Saturday!

Hello all just a quick jump in. Just got back from Amy's and manage just and no more to beat the weather full stop the storm is started over here already it is already blowing a Hooley, and the rain is pretty heavy too just nip down to Julie's Dad's house, to make sure he is ok I have got to stay outside I am absolutely full of the cold, and no it's not the mad virus floating around. The kittens Amy has got what are absolutely gorgeous they are so tiny full stop will try and nip on later on, and put up some jokes take care have a great weekend everybody

No rain today so we went for a ride up into serious Amish country in Lancaster County when the towns are named ‘Blue Ball, Intercourse, Paradise & Bird in Hand’ HAHA!!! Stopped for a massive feast at Shady Maple Smorgasbord - oh my. https://www.shady-maple.com/smorgasbord
I’m not positive but I think there was heavy storm damage yesterday down where Sam lives. Hope he’s OK.

Hello and good afternoon to you full stop hope we're all well this afternoon? Well the storm may have gone, but it's certainly hasn't left sunshine behind it is still very very windy, blowing a gale and changing between rain and snow on an hourly basis the rabbits haven't been out today at all definitely not happy bunnies. Tidied up did some bits and pieces in the house, and did some work on the railway I've managed to get lights working inside tunnels what a performance that was but it looks pretty good. All I need to do now is get what is called a Reed switch which turns them on and off by magnets otherwise job done

Jeeves and yet again decided he is not going to eat I've watched him all day it's because he has started to lose his winter coat. He shed enough hair today to make me a wig
