Topiramate advice
My partner has started topiramate, to help with alcohol cravings, need some advice on dosing if anyone can help, I've started him on 25mg been on that for 3 days, when can I dose up again as 25mg not helping him at moment thanks

I don't have personal experience with this medication, but quoting from "Overcoming Alcohol abuse - a 28 Day Guide" by Dr Conor Farren.
"Topiramate is built up to a 300mg per day dose. It is effective at reducing cravings for alcohol and it decreases obsessive thoughts about alcohol."
Based on this, the 25mg, if it's a daily dose, sounds too low. -
