This may be the wrong place to ask but it would help me to have info from my world Wide people here :h....I am having an ...experience I need to settle things in my head and heart.

That said- can anyone provide experience with the Jehovah's witness people? I have...had...a good friend who has converted.

Hi Kradle - Not much experience here I'm afraid. I used to have a friend (co-worker) who was a JW. She was nice - very 'normal'. Except they didn't celebrate anything - no holidays, no milestones, etc. For instance, I invited her and her husband to our wedding and she said that they didn't get us a present but they'd be happy to take us to dinner sometime (really> wth is the difference?).

I'd imagine my concern would be the same for anyone converting to a new religion. Some people just go over the top with it - never talk about anything else, etc.

Do you have a specific concern?
