    You Are Not Your Thoughts : The magic art of mindfulness by Frances Truffle

    This great book is a must have to accompany you wherever you go. I have had it since it came out and regularly refer back to it to remind me of how my life can be more mindful, how I can mindfully meditate wherever I am. I can truly say that practicing these exercises and advice, can make a real difference to your life. The exercises are simple to understand and the more you put into it the more you get out it, so you can chose as your life allows. The book is written in an affirming, down to earth way with a wealth of knowledge to back it up. I read this first in 2019, but decided to read again. I highly recommend it.
