Hi all, just quick post. Seven days for me today. Am not feeling too bad so am hoping i am over the worst at least physically!!!!
This forum and your posts continue to be a constant source of inspiration to me. I know there is a long road ahead but for the first time in years I am starting to believe that I can manage to go AF for a significant period for of time. I do not believe I could have got through this week without you all.
My thoughts are with you especially those who are struggling at the present time. Please hang in there. Am sure that if we stick together we can all succeed on this long and difficult journey.
