I am tired just now too :ranger - very busy and just recovering from a cold.
I think this time of year can be a struggle sometimes - especially for us northern types.
I come to work in the dark - and go home at night in the dark!
Not much chance of a vitamin D overload here just now I'm afraid!

I guess I need to emigrate to somewhere warm and sunny!

My theory is that folks with "outies" have blocked belly button fluff (lint in USA?) glands.
In us innies - the fluff gets out gradually and dissipates naturally over the course of our lives.
Yes - ladies get it too - they just don't admit it!

In outies tho' I am always waiting for the explosion - a whole lifetime of fluff is building up pressure in there - one day it just HAS to go

What if we are pregnant - does that count? When I was preggers I had such an outie it looked like my DD was sticking her finger out my tummy, so I stuck a bandaid on it for the last month of my pregnancy! She does have one finger shorter than the other... oops...

Just confirms my theory that outies are caused by pressure.
In an "everyday" outie - from belly button fluff pressure - EEK!
