I did a search but didn't find mention of this already, so I apologize ahead of time if I missed an earlier post.

Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate (http://thedailyplate.com)

It helps you figure out how many calories a day you should eat taking your exercise into consideration, and it tracks your calories against that number. I've lost about 10 lbs in the past month using their math.

Did any of you have a hard time creating an account with the daily plate? It won't accept my user name or my password... hmmmm.... I sent them an email the other day and haven't heard from them... I just sent another email to them and tried to no avail once again tonight.. I'd love to access this website. It looks really interesting !!! Thank-you in advance for any suggestions you might have on trying to create an account with them and join.

BTW-I really like The Daily Plate--so easy to use! It tracks everything for you so you can tell what you need to eat! Thanks for the tip. Oh, and it has recipes--lots for Quinoa which is my new favorite staple!!

Hello Back

Check out their website-thedailyplate.com I think--the link is on the first post. I used the site for awhile. You put in the foods you eat and how long and how you've exercised and it calculates the calories, etc. And it is free!! It can be time consuming, but I really enjoyed it!:)

Wonderful site for weight loss.

Thank you so much for the suggestion. I am on the South Beach diet and know their site, weight watchers' and dotties weight loss, but this is great!
