about 20 small fresh crimini or white mushrooms
handful of basil leaves
crapload of garlic
zest of half+ lemon
about 6oz of cooked leftover salmon from Alaska
teaspoon of good curry powder
S&P to taste
about 3/4 cup of walnuts
ok, whiz that into a fine mealy consistency. then add a
couple spoons of yogurt and a squeeze of lemon to form a
dough.
form into balls about half the size of an egg then roll the
balls in cornstarch.
fry only about 45 seconds on each side (or until they look
light brown and happy) and impatiently try one burning the
crap out of yourself. viola!
oh... yoghurt and/or lemon juice makes a great condiment
for this. This is also a rather lo carb dish.
and it's FREEEKIN yummy so be brave!!!!
