Form dough into pizza shape, thick or thin according to preference.
Lightly oil dough with olive oil.
Spread dough with pizza sauce, leaving 1/2 edge free.
Place think layer of pizza cheese. (I like the Kraft Italian blend)
Place 1/3 Cup chopped Sundried Tomatoes.
Place fresh spinach at least 1 inch thick on top (the spinich will wilt down!)
Place quartered artichokes on top.
Sliced Red Onion
quartered Artichokes
Salami and pepperonie
Extra light cheese on top
Bake approx. 15 minutes, until crust is browned!
