Hi everyone.
Just checking in on everyone doing 7 days... How's it going?
Yesterday was easy for me, today has been much worse. I've been craving but when i sat and thought about it, i asked myself... what are you craving... the feeling of what drink does, the sugar, the taste.. what? After thinking i realised for me it was the sugar so i went and got sweets and it's helped a lot! I'm feeling sooo tired tho but oh well! I've had a plan for today which i've kept to. I took my little girl out and my mum shopping and spent hours doing that, then we went out for lunch. We came home and me and my little girl curled up and slept for a couple of hours. I have friends 'who don't drink' coming over tonight so all is good.
I'm already planning my sober day tomorrow!
