Welcome!!! I'm new here too. This place is great. Read the threads. You will find people here that have stories just like yours. I have found myself laughing at the stories because I could have written them.

People here are going thru the same things you are going thru. I know I am. I am working on 7 days AF. Post and read....that's the best advice I can give you.
