Maslow....it is up to you. Why don't you stop now and change to water or at least something alcohol free. You know that drinking will not make anything better and tomorrow will be ruined by a hangover and alcohol depression. The choice is yours!

      What kate said.

Maslow. Just pour it out pal and get back to the business of living your life. You didn't blow it. Nothing can take away what you have accomplished, the progress you have made. Go ahead and ditch the poison. You don't need it.

Get yourself something to eat, take a shower, hit the hay even--dump it out. Maybe you can find a good movie on the tube, or pay per view.
          We're here for ya.:l

Pour out the booze, dust off your britches, and begin a new day. Nothing in life is so bad that AL won't make it worse.
