Good morning, Army

Nice peaceful start to the day. The cubs had a sleepover at my brother & sister-in-law's house. They'll probably be home around lunchtime.

Nothing much planned for today except the usual shopping expedition. Should be quick, though. My list has been drawn up and is in the order you'll find the stuff on the shelves.

I've just joined quitnet.com -to help me quit smoking.:upset:
It's kind of like MWO-but for smokers. Lots of information on the site so I plan on doing a lot of reading today. And making a plan! I am fed up with smoking but for me it's ten times more difficult to quit than the drinking. But I'm going to give it another go.
They even have threads like here on MWO. Haven't joined one yet. I'll probably just lurk a bit and try to get a feel of the place. I feel all shy as a newbie!:H

Hi JC & Expat, good on you taking action. I reckon if you can give up the grog you can give up anything you set your mind to. I imagine the lessons learned here will stand you in good stead.
