Good morning troops!

Well, the dreaded tax return has been filed more than 20 hours before the deadline, which is something of a personal best (to borrow one of Mrs A's running terminologies). It gets easier with every passing year.

Stirly, I'm astonished Mr stirly is planning to go back to work so quickly. This doesn't sound like the behaviour of a man who's planning to retire any time soon! It's good news that he feels well enough to go back so quickly, though.

Hope you got your IBA forms sorted Jackie?

Did your mate have her foot op in the end zenny, or was the hospital springing postponed till today?

Enjoy your trip to Snowdonia, whizzy. I'm off out for my own walk in a little while. Need to eat something first though to provide fortification against the cold.

It's a beautiful morning in Cape Town: about 18C, the sun is lighting up Table Mountain and it looks set to be a mild summer's day.

:goodjob: on getting your tax return filed in time, Wreckloose. I was getting worried on your behalf. The Receiver is very anal in Saffaland - you start paying penalties from day one if you submit late.

Is Mr. Stirly really headed back to work already??? Wow!

Good news re Mr Stirly. I have just booked to go to Itihca (Greece)in early June as I could not get a cottage on Tiree. I had better win a few races to pay for the flights.

Right off to defrost the car before driving to the hills.

Morning folks, off for a swim soon then I am going for a coffee with my sister then I have paperwork to do then I am going into Dublin then I am coming home then I am having my dinner then I am going to watch tv then I am going to bed then I am getting up and driving and hour to work in the dark and coming home in the dark.
